PromptVoice’s innovative solution provides 8x8 customers and partners with access to best of breed AI and human voices in over 30 languages, together with an innovative AI scripting assistant for in-queue, on-hold and auto-attendant messages. Launched last week, the Technology Partner Ecosystem allows 8x8’s customers to enhance customer experience by adding cutting-edge technologies, including PromptVoice, to the 8x8 platform to enhance customer experience, business intelligence, insights, and analytics. 8x8 believe that providing the tools that enable organisations to provide excellent, brand-relevant customer experiences is an important part of telephony solutions. PromptVoice’s integration enables all 8x8 UCaaS and CCaaS customers to deliver better caller experiences. For 8x8’s channel partners, the partnership presents an opportunity to add professional recordings as a white label proposition, making it easy for them to maximise profitability and drive business efficiencies. Anthony Buxton, PromptVoice CEO, adds, *“I’m delighted that 8x8 have chosen PromptVoice as a global partner for voicing services. Historically few 8x8 partners have offered professional recordings for their solutions. Now, working with PromptVoice they can deliver a complete solution including in-queue, on-hold and prompt recordings, adding that ‘missing piece of the jigsaw’.”* # PromptVoice is your channel partner for bespoke recordings, in-queue and on-hold audio. # Talk to us about how we can help you differentiate your proposition and generate additional, high-margin recurring revenues with every telephony, VoIP and UC sale.   Follow us on LinkedIn and Twitter for more updates on when further resources become available.        [Follow @prompt_voice](https://twitter.com/prompt_voice?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw) [** Back to blog](https://www.promptvoice.com/blog) [![Share on facebook](https://7528309.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/7528309/hubfs/raw_assets/public/mV0_d-web-default-modules_hubspot/img/facebook-color.png?width=24&name=facebook-color.png) ](http://www.facebook.com/share.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.promptvoice.com%2Fblog%2F8x8selectedpartner%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dfacebook) [![Share on linkedin](https://7528302.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/7528302/hubfs/raw_assets/public/mV0_d-web-default-modules_hubspot/img/linkedin-color.png?width=24&name=linkedin-color.png) ](http://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.promptvoice.com%2Fblog%2F8x8selectedpartner%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dlinkedin) [![Share on twitter](https://7528304.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hub/7528304/hubfs/raw_assets/public/mV0_d-web-default-modules_hubspot/img/twitter-color.png?width=24&name=twitter-color.png) ](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?original_referer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.promptvoice.com%2Fblog%2F8x8selectedpartner%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dtwitter&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.promptvoice.com%2Fblog%2F8x8selectedpartner%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dtwitter&source=tweetbutton&text=) ![](https://www.promptvoice.com/hubfs/Website/Template%20Images/blog-subscribe-wave.png) ### Never miss a post [PromptVoice](https://www.promptvoice.com/promptvoice) [PromptVoice Studio](https://studio.promptvoice.com/login.aspx) [PromptVoice for Contact Centres](https://www.promptvoice.com/contact-centres) [Voices & Languages](https://www.promptvoice.com/voices) [AI Voice](https://www.promptvoice.com/text-to-speech) - [Starter sets](https://www.promptvoice.com/blog/8x8selectedpartner#) [About Us](https://www.promptvoice.com/aboutus) [Careers](https://www.promptvoice.com/careers) - [Resellers](https://www.promptvoice.com/blog/8x8selectedpartner#) - [Referral scheme](https://www.promptvoice.com/blog/8x8selectedpartner#) [Blog](https://www.promptvoice.com/blog) [Contact Us](https://www.promptvoice.com/contact-promptvoice) [Blog](https://www.promptvoice.com/blog/8x8selectedpartner#) ** +44 (0) 1256 897610 [**](https://www.linkedin.com/company/11398143/) ### Send us a message © 2025 PromptVoice | [Website Terms and conditions, Privacy and Cookie Policy](https://www.promptvoice.com/hubfs/PromptVoice%20Website%20Terms%20%26%20Conditions%2c%20Privacy%20and%20Cookies%20Policy%20-%20v5%20April%202022.pdf) Winners of: Best Supplier Innovation | Comms National Awards 2023 Best Innovation | Comms Council UK Awards 2023 Best Channel Portal | Comms National Awards 2023 ```json { "@context" : "https://schema.org", "@type" : "BlogPosting", "author" : { "@type" : "Person", "name" : "The PromptVoice Team", "url" : "https://www.promptvoice.com/blog/author/thepromptvoiceteam" }, "dateModified" : "2023-07-18T08:30:00.278Z", "datePublished" : "2023-07-18T08:30:00.000Z", "headline" : "PromptVoice announced as an 8x8 certified partner", "image" : [ "https://www.promptvoice.com/hubfs/Ecosystem%20announcement%20SM.png" ], "mainEntityOfPage" : { "@id" : "https://www.promptvoice.com/blog/8x8selectedpartner", "@type" : "WebPage" }, "publisher" : { "@type" : "Organization", "logo" : { "@type" : "ImageObject", "url" : "https://www.promptvoice.com/hubfs/Website/Logos%20and%20Icons/promptvoice.svg" }, "name" : "PromptVoice" } } ```
