If you have paid for 6 or more recordings for that PromptVoice in the twelve months prior to the date you requested a new prompt, then all prompts are covered. If you have paid for fewer than 6 recordings, it is only the prompts recorded in the previous 3 years that are covered. In normal circumstances most contact centres will easily need a minimum of 6 new prompts recorded each year.
